Tontada Siddhalinga Yati was a highly revered 15th-century Lingayat saint who traveled across Karnataka performing miracles and preaching Vachana philosophy. His Samadhi shrine in Yadiyur is a major place of worship. The annual Jatra commemorates his attainment of Jeeva Samadhi.
