📜 Divine History & Legend

Rooted in the Mahabharata, the Thigala community claims descent from the 'Veerakumaras', a soldierly class that protected Goddess Draupadi. Clad in feminine attire representing the goddess, the Karaga bearer carries a heavy, flower-decked pot representing Draupadi's power. By tradition, the procession visits the Hazrat Tawkal Mastan Shah Dargah, symbolizing centuries-old communal harmony.
