Payment card information is processed securely by Razorpay and is never stored on our servers. We also collect browsing data (pages visited, products viewed) to improve your shopping experience.

We use your information to: process and deliver your orders; send order confirmation and shipping updates via email/SMS; respond to customer service enquiries; improve our website and product catalogue; send you relevant offers (only if you opt in). We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We share your data only with: (a) Shiprocket — for order delivery logistics; (b) Razorpay — for payment processing; (c) Email providers (Resend/SendGrid) — for transactional emails. All partners are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Indian data protection laws.
4. Cookies
Jatramela uses essential cookies for session management and cart persistence. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to shop.
5. Data Retention
